Although I am dealing w/ an inner ear infection with dizziness, etc., I managed to get up and do the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk w/ 2# weights (no shoulder pain!!). I had some extra time after, so tried the 1 mile DVD that came with that bonus book I got when I ordered the Teen Walk for my son. IT WAS TERRIBLE!! It was completely out of synch the entire time, the editing was terrible and there was only about 30 sec. to 1 min. of cool down and NO STRETCHES at the end. I was shocked that Leslie allowed such a bad production to be put out there.

So, total 4 miles this morning. Hope I feel like going for it in the morning.

Annie - I am sorry you are not feeling well. Good for you to work through your ear infection. That bonus DVD sounded terrible.

Today - 3-Mile Bootcamp, crunches, weights and 2.5 mile walk at lunch.

hey gang - I just did 3 miles. I used the 3 miles featuring the firm band that is streaming on leslie's website. She uses the band in the 2nd mile.

Annie, that 1 mile dvd that came with the book is very old. I don't remember what year that came out but it was a good while back. Also, did you see that the 2nd mile they have streaming on her website is almost all jogging? it's called 2 Mile Interval Mix. it's a couple of workouts pieced together and it ends up being mostly jogging. I may have to get that a try. hope you feel better!

Everybody is doing great. I gotta hit the shower and get to work.
later gaters

Hey all! I got up and did the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends.

So funny....when I do the 3 mile walks, it seems like such a shorter time if I have been doing the 5 mile.....when I do the 2 mile walks it REALLY seems short. Almost feeling like I am cheating!

Cathy-My computer really isn't set up so that I can do streaming videos from the net, but I'll check it out.

Toonses - an 11 mile bike ride does not sounds short to me

I only had 15 minutes this morning, so I did 1 mile. I popped in the Walk Slim Fast Start 2 mile dvd but I jogged most of the time to pump up what I was doing since it short.

hope everybody has a great day! :waveL

I know 11 miles sounds like a lot, but I was shooting for a 15-mile ride. I am planning on a 40-mile ride in April and I need to get cracking. My legs and bum need to get ready.

2 mile of Fat Burn with resistance bands. Joints are juiced and ready for the day. I have noticed I have not had a neck or hip pain in a very long time. I am of the opinion, a little bit of something consistently done, is better than a lot of something done all at one time. I have seen this in many areas but thinking of my health specifically.

Have a great weekend.

Finally reached mini-goal and hit 190 today.

We are getting ready to go on our trip to Molokai. We leave today. All is fine on the island after the tsunami. Only minor damage reported. Please keep all the Japenese people in your prayers. I am still in shock with what I am seeing on tv.

This morning - 3-Mile Weight Loss Walk with 3 pound weights.

I plan on walking, kayaking, swimming and hiking while I am gone. I will be back to 3FC on March 22nd.

Aloha
