I also had some pauses there =/ I'm doing it pretty much just every other day this week, then maybe 5 in a row next...I'm dreading today cause trying to shake this cold..blah!!!!
I'm gonna work out with some Emergen-C before & the rest after...may have to have a drink here & there during.

Again, I post (like a psycho!) but I just finished day 2 of level 1 and I got through it a lot easier! When I DID pause, i"d jump back in and when they ended the exercise, I tried to get in the ones I missed...This only being the 2nd workout, and me being WEAK in the upper body, I was able to go through the pushups better! =D I was half-way through the first set and it hit me I was doing them so easily and I had a big grin on my face when I realized! GREAT job everyone! I didn't fit Day 3 in today. Working out at that gym tonight, and will hit Day 3 tomorrow. My body is nice and sore and I am loving it! Wanted to add, I did Jillians 6 week Six Pack dvd (right after Shred). OMG does my stomach hurt! It is beautiful feeling!

Sad news to report---we have a mouse! EWWWWW! ....Oddly enough its been storing nuts in hubby's underwear drawer lol
ANYWAY- this means he's setting traps and closing off our basement so no more bike for a while =( [obv.-bike is in basement]
But, the unsadness of this is that I will now be doing the shred pretty much every day...I hate this though, only cause I love being on the bike with the iPod cranked up, staring at a picture of Kim Kardashian, dreaming of lookin' like her!

Okay It took me a bit to write in here for day two. because I couldn't lift my arms. LOL Though this day was easier then yesterday, I was still plotting her death the entire time. Though my legs are sore and so are my arms. I am pleased. This is what I was missing with my step work out.

Am I a thread killer? I just finished day three. I feel like I had a bit of trouble catcing my breath when I was done. But I am noticing I am able to stick with it more. I didn't need as many breaks and I was able to make it all the way though only stopping three times. hopefully I'll be ready to move on to level two before the ten days are up.

I am super weak in my upper body...I can hardly do every other day. The only weights I have are 5 pounders.

Its okay, Tea2! We're in the exact same boat! I'm always strong in my legs (I'm a dancer) & weak in my upper body and I started out using 5lb'ers too- its made me sore but its not as bad as I'd thought. I wanted a challenge lol (What was I tihnkin'??) I've only done two workouts (I do M,W,F) and I think I can already tell a difference in how my stomach & legs look,,,not sure on the arms cause they're too sore to make a muscle flex with lol & folding laundry today was so painful!! Day 3 tomorrow! Can't wait! Are any of you gals doing some sort of diet plan with this?

I am joining you girls in this 30 day shred! I did my first session today in level 1 and my legs were jello. I had a hard time doing the push ups too. The kick backs were hard too, I jogged in place for half of them! I made it to the end though and I am feeling motivated to keep going. I want to look as good as I did in college. Not that far to go now, only 16lbs. Diet helped me get started but my weightloss is at a standstill now. Much harder to lose, but I haven't been exercising at all so this will help I'm sure.

You'll most likely be shocked at how much better you are at the workouts on day 2...its unreal! I'll only be doing my 3rd workout today and instead of kinda dreading it (like the last 2 workouts!), I'm actually excited for it because I'm already seeing tone! Its 'shredding' the fat on my stomach that I've battled for years!! Good Luck, sweetie! Let us know all your thoughts!

Workout 3 was tougher on me than workout 2 =( more pauses! Ugh! I'm disappointed in myself- but your best is all you can do! Keep up the good work, ladies!<3

I've been doing it the last 3 days, but being at 222 pounds, the jumping is painful so I don't actually jump the whole time. I modify them and jump when I can. And I also am easing my way in. The first day I did almost 9 minutes, then 13 minutes then around 14 or 15 minutes.
Luckily my legs are strong, even with all the weight, the hour glass figure helps that. But, my arms! My upper arms hurt in a way I have never felt before. Trying to sleep last night was painful, getting up was painful, rolling over was painful. Sitting here typing, painful.
I'm gonna push through it like yall say. Take my some Ibuprofen and try to do 15 minutes again today. I've been doing zumba 30-45 minutes a day. Not today, not with these arms! I'll be walking! This is gonna be leg day after I do my bit of the 30 day shred lol.
No results yet, but to hurt this much it's gotta be doing something!
