Hey there, Seina! Are you sticking to the plan?

I just got turbo fire today. im so excited to add a little more variety to my work outs. I think Im gonna finish the remaining 2 weeks of TJ that I had planned. then I'm gonna start doing the TF schedule.

Gee this thread had grown so quiet...

Hi everyone!

I'm mostly sticking with my plan these days... But I'm a bit disappointed because I'm not seeing results (but I'm just about 7 days into the TJ-HHA hybrid, lol) even though I can feel the workout intensely.

@SlimChick

Cool. I want to try Turbo Fire too (after finishing 2 months of TJ/HHA hybrid). Actually, I'm not too sure about what to try next. I'm thinking of either Turbo Fire or Insanity. I hope I'd be fit enough to try either after 2 months.

@ashleynecole87

Hi there! I think I do see a change. Your stomach is quite flatter in the second pic :]

Good for you Seina. I wonder if I would be fit enough for Turbo Fire too. But i'm still gonna try.
My scale hasnt really moved alot. but today i measure myself and I have definitely lost inches!! So use the tape measure Seina u'll be pleasantly surprised to see the changes.

Ashley I definitely see changes!! Good Job.

slimchick, if you can do turbo jam . . you can do turbo fire! I've been adding it into my routine slowly to learn all the workouts and love it. Personally I think that the workouts go by faster than TJ. The hit workouts are crazy but they are short. Good luck, I wanna start trying to do TF 5 days a week but with running its hard to fit in.

Also I don't know if anyone likes kashi stuff but I just tried there cereal that looks like captain crunch(my fav) and its really good!

That's good to know. I manage TJ pretty well i think so i should be fine then. thanks for that.
I still wanna run but I put that running program on hold for now, since i don't have a treadmill, nor do i want to run in my neighborhood. I figure when i move to my new apartment complex I would have access to a treadmill. So for now TJ and TF will have to do.
I like kashi too, but i've never tried that one. maybe i'll give it a go!

anyone still here???
Just got my shakeology sample and am going to try it this weekend.
I got choclate, we will see if it tastes good, lol.
Anyone else try it yet? if so results??
If I like it I was going to try to replace lunch with it(3-5 days a week to start).

Haven't done longer turbo fire workouts just the hiits in between my running days. Also tried Kim Kardashians Fit in your jeans by friday and boy was I sore. I was sore like back in "the firm" days (its the crazystep)lol.

K I'll check back after I try the shake.

I've always wanted to try shakeology because I've been hearing that it tastes good. LOL

Not exercising for a while, but thankfully I didn't gain an inch on my waist or anything. Will start Turbo Jam/Hip Hop Abs hybrid with my sister this week. Finally, I found myself a workout buddy :]

I just won my Turbo Jam Maximum Results package on Ebay and I am so excited to get it! I have heard sooooo many good reviews about it. Can anyone tell me how much weigh they lost the first month doing Turbo Jam and sticking to a low cal diet?
