Hey heyyyy!!! I just started this, I'm going to do L1D3 today. I am feeling it, my whole body is burning with every move I make, and IM FREAKING LOVING IT.
I feel every muscle working and I can't wait to see what 2-3 months of this can do.
I have stalled in my weight loss, and I'm accepting that I wouldn't mind staying at this weight, or about 10-15lb lower, and reach my goal weight IF AND ONLY IF I am fit, toned and muscular. I don't want to be skinny. That is not my goal
