Hi Cathy and everyone! I am doing slightly better. I took off Tues. and Weds. from exercise altogether. I exercised yesterday and today, but held back on the arm movements to about half-range. I am going to see the doctor today and see if we can get this problem under control. It worries me as I had a 2 level cervical fusion w/ bone grafts back in 1998. I'm worried I have a bone spur or other problem causing this current issue.

Thurs-4 miles
Weds-3 miles

Hey everyone! I did 5 miles this morning!!

My younger son and I finally did the Teen Walk last night. We only did one mile, but I made sure he knew to stretch after. I honestly don't know if he liked it or not, but I told him that I would (this is a TEMPORARY offer only!) give him $5 each time he did the entire 2 mile walk. We'll see how that goes. He is worried about someone seeing him do it (his older brother, for one).

The Teen Walk dvd was okay. It seems a little disorganized, but at least it gets them moving.

2 Miles Walk Slim, resistance bands, nice kick off to the day. Glad you are exercising with your son.

Twin DSs started lax games last night. I am glad they see me exercising in the morning. I want them to think moving ones body is the normal thing to do. Even for middle aged mothers:-)
