Annie - Great job!

Saturday - One hour on bicycle (on trainer)
Sunday - 3-Mile Walk Away Your Waistine, weights and took bike off trainer and rode up my "hill" to test my endurance. (I was able to climb this hill, even though it was only 4 miles and took me 21 mins to climb and 10 mins to ride down.)

Well I have something to share with you. My weight loss has been soooooo slow since January. I have continued to lose, but it was coming off too slowly. So I thought I would try something new. I backed off my exercise a bit (length only) and added a few additional calories every other day. I was surprised to get on the scale this morning and see a 4 pound weight loss. Once again, I never know what the scale will show on Mondays, but this was a total surprise to me. This probably won't work next week, but it is nice to see the progress.

That's great! I have been considering doing some adjustments myself. I hope maybe the kind of adjustment you did will help me. I have a bad feeling I need to reduce my calories though, I couldn't be that fortunate.

2 mile walk slim, firm band, glad to get my exercises in.

Tomorrow, I have symphony with home schooling group early in AM, so no WATP. There will be plenty of walking around however.

Hi everyone! I did NO exercise this morning. I am having some issues with my left shoulder/upper back and had to take muscle relaxers last night and still ended up spending most of the night in my recliner.n I'm hoping it is better tonight and I can get some good sleep and get up tomorrow and back to exercise.

Annie - Sorry you are not feeling well. Rest that shoulder/back. You don't want to cause any additional problems.

Yesterday - 3-Mile Bootcamp
This morning - 12-mile bicycle ride in 34 degree temp. That's right. I froze my bootie off. But, it was a nice ride.

Hey all! I laid off of exercise for the second day in a row. Although my shoulder/back problems seem to be improving I wanted to wait another day before getting back to it. I may even reign in the arm movements some when I do get back to it. I've been worried about this and don't want to exacerbate it any more at all.

Annie - It is good that you are resting that shoulder. You could cause more problems which could lay you up for awhile.

Today - 5-Day Slim Down (miles 2,3,4) weights and crunches.
