I'm so stoked!

The set kinda reminds me of BFBM and NMTZ. And I'm glad to see Jill w/ the ponytail. It's been a while.

Is anyone doing this one? And stuck to it for the 30 days? Seems 30 Day Shred is still #1.

What do yous think of the diet you are supposed to follow with it? I'm looking over it now and it looks like it might be close to how Jillian eats herself (although I remember her saying she's a vegetarian, but there are quite a few vegetarian meals on the list), I might just follow it for awhile. You can see it here in case anyone is curious; http://www.jillianmichaels.com/rippe...D-74C56A831274

I've just purchased the DVD off of amazon and I plan on starting it at the end of the month, once I finish with the 30 Day Shred. I've read some reviews of it and they all seem really positive. I think that the levels being 7 days will be a nice switch up, and also apparently instead of one strength move for 30 seconds and another for 1 minute, it is 3 moves at 30 seconds each and then repeated. I have to say that sounds great!

On the Shredhead website they talk quite a lot about Ripped in 30.

Hey i did it a few days ago, it was a really good workout for me, but i properly hurt my knee - i don't think this is to do with the workout, more my weak knees and me pushing myself too hard. BUt now it is better and i have a proper knee support i will def do it again, i get the feeling that it would definitely get results if you were to stick with it..which i hopefully will :P
i will start it properly and record my weight and measurements..see how it goes

I've been alternating this and the treadmill every other day. I switched it up to level 2 now. I like that it is shorter, like the 30DS

I've been doing level 1 and 2, back to back!!
I am going to switch up to level 3 this week or next. I am not following a set number of days on one level, just moving on when I get bored of the routine.
So not sure if I will do level 1 or 2 with level 3? haha
