Hey there! I've recently found one of Leslie's in home walking DVD's myself. I really like how simple, but effective the video is! I've been doing a two mile walk for a week and can already feel a difference (however small) in my fitness level! I'm trying to decide if I want to get another one of her DVD's or try something new.
