Anybody tried the DVD Tantric Toning?

I wanted to get some unique workout DVDs for variety, and while this may not get my heart-rate up, I did feel some muscle fatigue afterward. There's a lot of stretching and the woman's voice is very pleasant. She says really positive things throughout the workout, and there's a bonus color-meditation thing that lasts around 14 minutes, and is pretty relaxing. The whole workout lasts around 42 minutes.

Has anyone else tried this DVD? If so, has anyone actually lost weight doing it? Oh, and does anyone know of any other unique DVDs?

Actually one of my bff's does this. She loves this video and says that she had lost weight using it. As far as different dvd's. There are always the stripper work outs and I think there is a chakra yoga work out dvd also.
