Anyway, I am thinking about doing some strength moves during Biggest Loser tonight. So far, I am thinking of doing some squats, lunges, those lateral raises that Bob does with the thumb down (KILLER!), and maybe some rows. I'm also planning on doing a session of Bob's planks with the knee raises. I am going for 2 sets of 20 tonight. VIX I am ALL over that idea . . . . my problem is I have NO idea what to do if some one isn't infront of me walking me threw it. I never seem to get that burn when I do it on my own so I'm always thinking im not doing it right.
If you have an idea what you're going to do, can you post it . . . . i'd love to get in on it 
I will brave the scissors on the floor even ha ha!

Vixsin ~ that is so funny! I was thinking earlier that I think I will get out my exercise ball and work on it while BL is on!
I will admit, I have neglected Bob since Thursday! But I will weed him back into my morning workouts! AND get in my 3 ab workouts!!!

I did pretty good tonight.
I did 25 squats, bicep curls, lateral raises, lateral raises with thumb down, twists, and side bends.
It's not much but it worked my muscles for a little while.
Edit this morning: I forgot I also did 25 of those boat position things where your hands are together and you go from side to side like youre paddling. I did those standing though.

Great job Vixsin! Sometimes, it is hard to fit in a workout, so doing a little toning is better the nothing at all!
I got out my ball during BL last night, and did 15 minutes of butt & ab work.
Got up this morning and did a cardio pilates DVD. I think Bob & I need to take a break - I was only doing him at home. I think after this week, I will just filter him in, instead of all the time.

I just need to say HOLY COW on the curtsy squats. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!!! Boy, are my legs sore from only doing a few of them yesterday.
I am SO going back for more tonight. It seems I have taken a break from running this week in favor of some Bob related exercises.  I think I am ok with that. LOL

Im almost afraid to look at a new workout!
I'll be rocking some abs and arms while my knee recovers. I don't think it'll be too long for that, but squats and lunges are a definate no no for me right now.
That could be a good thing - Vix is gonna have some rocking Guns from shoveling . . . need to work on mine

thinking about getting bob's cardio dvd
I hear a lot of positivity here about Bob's cardio workout which is awesome! How long of a video is it? Is there a lot of squatting and lunges in it (I can't do that because of my knees)... I'm wondering if there is if I can skip that and do the rest of the workout or if anyone can recommend another workout video? I don't really care much for Jillian.

Alright . . . the new DVD . . . I want it.
I found something very interesting, and SO freaking obvious this morning.
I have a crap load of stress going on in my life, and I mean a crap load.
Bob makes me feel better, ok doing one of his work outs makes me feel better, but we'll just say it's Bob
I am re-comiting myself to some much needed daily Bob time . . . which is actually more me time than anything else. In all this crap going on that cuts down the positivity in my head, this doesnt. This makes me feel good about ME.
So funk my stress, for at least 30 minutes a day, it is not allowed.
Whats this 5 month challenge . . . where did I miss that??
