Are we going to do a February check-in?
Last year I was using weights on a regular basis. I developed pain in my right elbow . I decided to stop with the weights. I started using Fitstix instead. My pain eventually went away. I have been scared to try weights again because I know they caused the elbow pain. I eventually stopped with the Fitstix and started with bands/tubing. I loved using the Fitstix, but I got kinda bored and I had the idea that I have to use something harder to get results.
Anyways, last week I noticed pain in my left elbow. I think it's from the bands. I don't want it to get like it was last year, so I am abandoning the bands and starting back with my Fitstix. Something really funny though. I never got sore from using the bands, although my bands have more resistance than the ones you get with the workouts. Anyways, Saturday I used my Fitstix for the first time in a while and I am so sore. Go figure. I will probably be doing an odd mix of workouts. I will put lower body or upper body next to the workout to distinguish what I am doing.
