The Firm Express

I went ahead and got The Firm Express instead of TF. I'll get TF later as a treat when I reach my next milestone.

The FE is awesome. Short 20 min workouts, and they are HIIT. They are learning a routine at a moderate intensity, then 8/12 splits (8 secs high ints/12 secs recovery) four times of the routine you just learned, then you learn another routine at moderate, then do the 8/12 sec HIIT of that routine, then another routine. Time flew by and the workout has me burning more calories that ever.

I'm excited about this system, but I'm going to wait for individual titles to come to retail, which I understand they're going to be doing sometime next year. I think for people who like a full rotation pre-defined for them, FE looks awesome.

Ursula I ordered the FE and TF today and I can't wait to do the FE workouts. I am a FIRM addict. I hope it doesn't take forever to come. Let me know your results.
