I've never done a WATP challenge/check-in, maybe I should give it a whirl? I used to do the DVD's a lot when I first started my journey, simply because it was the only exercise DVD I had! But when I return to it, I remember how much it actually kicked my butt, and still does!! I think I'll join in, if you don't mind =)

I, too, have never done a WATP check-in. I'm taking a break from the treadmill and pulled out my pile of Leslie DVDs. I am look forward to joining everyone this month!

Just join right in girls.

Did 4 miles again today. Of course that was modified and I walked in place the last mile.

Don't know if I should say it yet but today I am finally under 140. Don't know how many moons ago it's been since I've weighed this. 139.6 today!!!

Thanks for starting the thread.
Welcome new walkers.

I did not get to LS because of early morning at ballet. Walked a bit around town, maybe a mile. I am so amazed at how easy it is to just walk around, up and down stairs, Getting in and out of seat to talk with people. I love feeling the motion of movement. WATP is a cornerstone of this.

I will get 2 mile in tomorrow.

Day 1 complete! Hope I can squeeze it again in tonight. How long do the 2 mile and 3 miles take?

Today I did some old-school LS: High Calorie Burn 2 Miles.

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with LS. I go back to her workouts because they aren't complicated and easy to modify, but after awhile I crave a different instructor. The thing I do appreciate the most about LS is that, after I am done one of her workouts I feel like I got a more thorough workout than I do on the treadmill.

Tomorrow, is my favorite: Walk and Kick.

Jelbelle You asked how long the 2 and 3 mile takes. I would average about 15 min per mile. There are some faster miles.

Wendy I agree with you in that I get a much better workout doing WATP than I did just walking on my treadmill that's why I sold it about a month ago. Don't really miss it much.

Did my 4 miles again today. That makes 19 miles since Monday. I am getting ready for Leslie's challenge that starts Monday.

I just discovered WATP about a week ago!! I have to say I am addicted!! I have the 1 & 2 mile dvd and have done the 2 mile walk everyday this week...its a perfect w/o for me since I have a tiny house and not much room for exercise, I even managed to do the 2 mile a second time last night I'm thrilled that there is a thread just for the WATP workouts. I have the 1 &2 mild dvd, a 5 mile dvd, and a 4 mile....what's everyones favorite? I've only tried the 1 & 2...I'm still a little scared to try the 4 or 5!!

Hey Everyone! I have kind of took a break from WATP due to the fact I have hit a plateau in my weightloss. (or what I call a plateau!)...I have been at 168-169 for the past 10-12 days..and I thought maybe switching up my exercise might work..I hatee not doing WATP tho. So I don't know how long I'll stay away from it.
