So I don't know if anyone has mentioned this on here-- but neflix has TONS of exercise videos of all different kinds. And some are instant-- you can get them directly online, or on the WII (like I get it) or the XBOX. And of course some you can only get on DVD to your house, but I like the instant ones.
I thought I might pass that info along, just in case you guys didn't know. I did not do a search, so sorry if this is a repeat topic.

I didn't know they had exercise videos! That's awesome, especially now since it's getting cold outside and I never want to get off my butt to go to the gym. I'm a Netflix junkie, so this is awesome news. Funny how I've scrutinized every portion of Netflix on the Wii, but never thought about exercise...shows you my mentality.

Glad I could help!! Yeah I find them online and then save to queue, and then do them on the Wii. And that way you have all sorts of variety.

I like the Netflix ones too! I have tried a couple of the yoga ones and they were good. I wish they had a bigger selection, but the cust serv lady told me they're adding more all the time
I have tons of workout videos in my Netflix queue. I almost always try stuff out by renting it or streaming it on Netflix before committing to buying the DVD. Netflix is how I discovered Ellen Barrett, and now I have several of her workouts.
I have netflix and enjoyed getting to try before I buy with them. Even though I watch a clip, sometimes I still want to try it and Netflix is the answer. I don't know and haven't looked to see if they have Play now but I'd love that since we just got Apple TV
