Hey guys,
I'm starting this hybrid workout program that I made tonight... I use the term loosely - it's more of a combination work out. I'm a huge fan of Jillian's videos, and I'm going to incorporate both the 30DS and Shred it with Weights. Alternating workouts on each day. Wasn't sure if anyone out there would be up for the challenge as well.
Starting with Shred it with Weights tonight when I get out of the office!
