I really need to get started on the shred cause I got alot of stomach and thigh flab to get rid of and it's starting to annoy me, especially since shapers don't seem to help much.

Hi everyone,
I've been off the wagon since last Thursday, My hip joint has been hurting me, don't know if it is the high impact exercises. I am taking a break and trying other workouts for the while. Will probably start 30DS again in October.

Good luck to all.

Hey all, I just got the video and I'm starting it up. I want to get my football fitness back (and eventually play again without embarrassing myself by passing out or something).

Do you guys have a specific goal in mind while doing this? That is, other than just finishing it!

I just started the 30 day shred today so that's level 1 day 1 for me.
It's so intense and so fulfilling all at the same time, I love it

I bought the DVD a year ago, did it a few times and then fell off the wagon. Since my schedule is making my ability to get to the gym VERY difficult (unless I go at 6am...ugh), I'm going to squeeze in the 30DS today at lunch (in 20 minutes) since I go home and eat every day. I know last time I did it, it kicked my butt and I couldn't get through more than about 10 minutes before I paused it! We'll see how it goes today...I have GOT to get some exercise and it's been pouring rain here all week, so no walking.

Wink

**Update**

I did the Shred today at lunch. After doing the first set of ab exercises, I had to pause and stretch. My feet and calves felt like they were going to go into a debilitating cramp at any moment. I did my best during the entire video to keep up and not stop. I am DEFINITELY feeling it! The muscles in the front of my shoulders are still making my arms wobbly and it's been 4 hours! I'm looking forward to pushing myself through the pain tomorrow because I know that this pain is, like Jillian says, my body changing!!

Mrsslade, for me it's the same thing, I have to pause partway through the jump rope because my lower legs just burn.

Whew! I just finished D3L1 and *mercifully* it's getting easier already. The last set of jumping jacks and jump rope and the very last few bicycle kicks are really the only parts now where I'm dying to quit. I'm proud of myself though, I haven't paused it, haven't quit, haven't stopped.

I love that sore as **** feeling though, you really feel like you're putting in effort and getting output. I've replaced my crappy night eating with doing 30DS and so far I think it's pretty good. I have to really really commit to doing the whole 30 days though.

Are you guys taking rest days?

I still haven't managed to squeeze in a 2nd day yet. The only time I have to do this is during my lunch break and I haven't been home the past 2 days for lunch...which is very abnormal for me. I am still dying from day 1 though. I can't walk right and if I have to walk down steps, I look like a 2 year old! Eek! I'm hoping to get Day 2 behind me some time this weekend.

Day 4 is WAAAAY easier. I'm not dripping sweat like usual and I was able to get a bit deeper into some of the moves like the punches, bicycle kicks, and crunches. Didn't even wish to be struck by lightning for the last circuit anymore. WOOT! It makes me scared for L2 though.

I'm starting this on Friday. I bought the DVD a few weeks ago, but I was too scared to try it out. I've finally decided to just do it!

Hey Everyone! I thought I'd join in. I started 30DS Monday and today will be L1 D2 b/c I skipped yesterday due to the fact that I'm a sissy and needed a break after Mondays workout--I did the 30DS, Day 1 Bootcamp on Sparkpeople and Walked a half mile ...so yesterday all I could handle was walking a mile..Today it's back to the videos and walking! Good luck everyone..you are all doing great!

Anyone notice they aren't losing weight as fast since starting the 30DS?..I feel like I've been exercising my butt off but the scale is staying the same.
