Another question regarding Jillian Michael's 30 day shred

  • Does anyone knows how many calories each segment burns?

    Each level consists of three 6-minute workouts (18 minutes) plus warm up & cool down, so I enter 10 minutes of high impact aerobics and 10 minutes of low impact aerobics as an estimate. I figure it is close!

  • I just used that calculator and I will agree the number it calculated for me at my weight was about 217 calories burned. That is about what my GoWear Fit records for my burn.
