Today I am doing Walk Away Your Waistline, 2 miles with the walk belt.

Normally I walk outside in the a.m. but time got away from me and it is already HOT out. Best to stay indoors and walk with Leslie

CATHY-Leslie has a Facebook page and I posted the question about the 2 mile Boot Camp there. Don't know if it will get us anywhere, but worth the effort I guess.

Yep Karen it really is a great way to start the day. I am glad every day that I put out the effort to walk. This is the first time in my life I have done regular exercise and I can say this: I wish I had started sooner. But, better late than never!

I willl be traveling for the next couple of weeks. As is my custom, I will take advantage of any exercise equipment where we are staying. We will also be outside a lot, hiking trails, site seeing. Exercise in a different form.
