I haven't done Tae Boe and don't currently use Richard Simmons since I no longer have a VHS player, but I've done Richard Simmons in the past. He has such a great, kind, energetic personality, and I find him to be fun and inspiring

I have used all 3. For some reason Richard on mute works for me and I keep the radio on. I like Tae BO for dummies.
