I know there are lots of fans of Tae Bo here...

But is anyone else a fan of Richard Simmons? I found one of his sweatin' to the oldies VHS as I was cleaning today and decided to pop it in and give it a try. I think that between him and Billy Blanks, I'll be slimming down in no time:D

I have used all 3. For some reason Richard on mute works for me and I keep the radio on. I like Tae BO for dummies.
