Hi ladies!

I'm new to this thread. Yesterday was my first time doing WATP. I did a 1 mile walk that's available right now on our On Demand service. I did that one again today, and I also ordered one of her videos from Amazon. I think it has 1, 2, 3, and 4 miles on it, but I'm going to stick with 1 mile for awhile. I can't believe how out of shape I've gotten, but these videos seem like the perfect way to get back in shape.

Yesterday I did the Weight Loss Bootcamp. I loved it. This morning, I did all four miles from Walk Off Even More Weight from the Walk Your Way Thin series. I loved it too. I'm beginning to wonder if there is anything I am NOT going to like from Leslie. LOL. Anyone have a DVD in particular that stands out to them?

My new favorite is the Bootcamp workout..before that I enjoyed the Walk Express series with the Stretchie band...but I have almost ALL of Leslie's workout so I dont get tired of it! All the weight Ive lost so far has been from working out with Leslie...and of course eating right.

Well, last night I went for a nice neighborhood walk with my husband and my dog. This morning I woke up at 2 a.m. with the sinus headache from you-know-where and swollen eyes, so I had a rough night. No workout this morning. I think in lieu of a neighborhood walk tonight, I will try some 5-day slimdown. That might be preferable to another sinus headache and swollen eyelids. Yep, the pollen is bad right now.

FootballMom-Pollen is terrible everywhere from what I hear! I have a black car and you can see a fine yellow coating on it....looks gross!

Did the 3 mile Boot Camp w/ bands this morning!!

**I wanted to note that throughout the day I find myself sitting up taller, pulling in my abs and holding my shoulders up straight. I've never had the best posture, but WATP has helped me think of it more often. I'm sure I look better when my posture is correct. Just another perc!**

I did the 1 mile off of my new DVD tonight. I'm not sure what series it's from because the disc is a compilation one, but it uses weighted balls. I actually don't think I liked it as much as the other one. My shoulders are sore from the weights, but I didn't break a sweat. Tomorrow I think I'm going to bump up to the 2 mile. It's from the Express series, I think.

I'll have to look up the Bootcamp one you're all talking about!
