yeah, my backside is seriously sore! i've decided to start with the Slim in 6, to build my endurance and strength a bit...but i'm mixing in some BBL with it. wow! do i feel it! it's a different kind of hurt too...meaning it's in muscles in my butt i didn't even know i HAD...spots i didn't realize could GET sore. especially on the sides. not so much the saddlebag area, but the actual SIDES of my butt. like where those nice little indentations are SUPPOSE to be. i'm really liking both of these series tho. i have Insanity too...barely made it through the dang "fitness test". so that series is going to have to come a bit later.

I've had the BBL for about a week now and feel a bit disappointed. There's only one exercise that I like high and tight. All the others I just can't seem to get into. It reminded me so much of insanity with a bit of 30 DS. Not that there is anything wrong with the programs. I personally find some of the moves unmotivating. The cardio axe definitely reminded me of Zumba so for cardio days I'll just do that.

Sculpt is the longest one - about 50 minutes. All the others are around 30 minutes. You usually have to do 2 dvds a day so you are looking at about an hour a day.

What I did was one of the BBL dvd's in the morning and then I would do the second BBL in the evening followed by month 1 of Insanity (2nd round). I'm in month 2 of Insanity now. Since those are longer workouts I took the BBL dancing/cardio video out of the rotation and just do one of either Bum Bum (30 min), High & Tight (30 Min), Tummy Tuck (20 min) or Sculpt (50 min).

Yes. I think my problem is from the exercises where you are on one leg and having to bend. I think it puts too much stress on my knee. I just modify the best I can.

Ok, you all have me ordering the BBL when I get out of work today! I have 30DS and honestly it is not motivational...alot of old school reps. I saw the infomercial for BBL and am definitely intrigued! Thank you all for your reviews! Keep them coming!

How does the High & Tight work? I see different options.. Do you just choose one or do them all?

Hey Ladies!

It's my 4th week and it's going great. I take measurements this weekend, but I've already seen progress in the way my clothes fit and compliments from others.

Pammy FL, you get both the high & tight & sculpt in your package when you order.

I still have these workouts sitting here (see a pattern here?). I heard High and Tight is the main workout that shapes up your butt. Maybe I'll try doing just that workout along with Turbo Fire when I start that up. I'll be curious how everyone else's results are...mostly if it really shapes up the rear, not so much the weight loss.
