I am also a 30 DS happy owner. I did it initially last spring, and now I use it when I need a 'quick' workout instead of a lengthy one. It is a great over-all body strengthener!
And I also have The Biggest Loser Cardio workout, and Jillian is in workout #2, 10 minutes of her killer standing cardio moves.
