I did the On Demand version yesterday. I LOVE it! I've been doing yoga for years, and I like how she focuses on it being a workout (i.e., instead of just holding poses, you rep them out), and I like that it's not all just really easy poses. Any yoga video that has camel pose is ok in my book.

I actually have the DVD and I thought it was going to be "easy" so I ran 3.5 miles, came back and popped in the DVD. WOW! I have only done level 1 thus far but it definitely is not your typical yoga workout. I am going to do it on my non-run days (twice a week) and see how I progress.

Netflix has it for rent, too.

I LOVE doing the workout after I run! I feel like it stretches my legs out so well so they aren't as tight the day after a big run.

I have Banish Fat Boost Metabolism & embarrassed to say that I can hardly make it through half of that workout.

Bex don't feel embarrassed! Jillian's workouts are HARD. I could barely get through L2 of the 30 Day Shred. I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath.

Bex77 - I hear ya! I still have some trouble at the end of it, but when I started doing that one.. Half way was a struggle!
Love yoga meltdown. She may have some haters these days but no one can say she doesn't have awesome workout dvds!

I purchased this dvd a couple weeks ago and I love it! I'm in week 3 of C25K program and have found that Yoga Meltdown is the perfect compliment to my run days--I get a good stretch with it after my run/walks and I feel like I'm still getting a good workout.
