Default Walk Away The Pounds-Who Has Had Success With This Program?

I was just curious who has had success with WATP. What kind of success have you had and in what time frame? Which videos do you do? Is this the only exercise you do, or do you combine it with something else, and if so, what?

I just started them and really like them so far.



Mini Goals

Lose First 5# DONE 10.28.14
Lose 5% (14#) DONE. 12.15.14
Get out of the 270's DONE 1.1.15
Get out of the 260's DONE. 2.15.15
Lose 10% (27#) WORKIN ON
Hit 232 (Weight I was in 1995)
Hit 202 (Weight I was in 1988 when my twins were born)
Hit 186 (Weight I was in 1986)
Achieve Ultimate Goal 170

I just ordered the 5 mile walk and I am really excited about getting it. I have heard nothing but good things about the videos. I can't remember who the lady is that made this one, but it came with good reviews.

Ive had success with this program in the past. I just started again and have been doing them constently for about 10 days now and Im definitely seeing my energy levels increase. Plus I am not as tired during the day as I used to be. What I do is mix up the miles so do a 2 mile one day , 3 mile the next, maybe a power walk. Just so I dont get too bored. Hope this helps and enjoy it!

I love WATP I have so many of the dvd's I have lost count. I know they are considered "walking workouts" but I think of them more as low impact aerobics due to the all different movements. The workouts are what *I* want it to be on any given day I can jog when she walks or go really low and fast on the side steps, kick high or low etc. or I can follow her pace exactly as shown. Leslie also has pilates and firming dvds. Right now I am using my mini trampoline and following many of her workouts with a little modification.. I e- mailed Leslie at her walk at home website and ask her to consider making a mini trampoline workout. Still waiting for a response.
