Default walking videos?

I bought a walking dvd that includes a 5 mile walk. Has anyone ever tried these? I don't walk in the morning like I would like because it is still very dark and I am a big chicken. So I thought I could do this instead. If anyone has done these I would appreciate your opinions.

If it's the Leslie Sansone videos, then I've used one of them from Comcast ONDemand. It's nice...it broke down each mile into sections (slow pace, mid pace, and a brisk finish) and had different music for each. I believe the one I used was the 5 Mile Fat Burning.

I really enjoy them. I mix them up so I am not constently just doing one but they are a great way to start working out. You definitely feel like u accomplish something after you are done with them. Plus I like them cause they arent super confusing and easy to follow. Good luck with them.

I haven't tried these, but many people suggest them for a low impact, easy way to get exercise in. Just stick with it and good luck. I know how you feel about walking in the morning outside... nothing is making me go out there ! I was thinking about getting one of these work outs, too.

I like the Leslie Sansone videos. It's not something I'd want to do every week but it's nice for a change of pace or if the weather is terrible.

I got mine at Deep Discount dvds for like $10. You can also find them at places like Marshall's sometimes in the video bins.

HTH!
