Default Best workout DVD for ABS

So, the problem that I have with my body really lays in one area, and that's my tummy. I HATE it.

I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas for workout vids that focus mostly on the abs. Any suggestions would be helpful!

I like this one. http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...my-toners-5529 I've seen it at Walmart recently for $10

I also like this one http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...-trimmers-7932 But I haven't seen it in stores recently.

I think this one might be at Walmart also but I like the first one better http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...belly-fat-7745

Hope that helps. Note that you can watch clips of the workouts.

I may be stating the obvious, but my trainer told me that no matter how many ab crunches you do, you will not get abs of steel or a flat tummy unless you are skinny, ie: I am 165 and he had mentioned that until I get to the 130 (pushing it 140 range), I will more than likely not see any abs. He also encourages planks over ab crunches. When I see him training his really fit clients, I never see them do sit-ups, instead he'll do interval training with plans. Just putting it out there.

Thank you both for answering me. I mainly work out on my treadmill, and I was looking for something that would help me loss my tummy a bit. So i can work on getting rid of it.

Tae Bo has an ab workout, which I hear is pretty good. You can preview it on youtube. Just type in "Tae Bo" Ab bootcamp.

It doesnt matter how good the workout video is, or how many crunches you do. The only way yo uwill see your abs is to reduce Body Fat Percentage. For me, i dont see my abs until im below 18% BF....
