Default Belly Dancing DVD

Do you have a favorite Belly Dancing DVD? It looks like so much fun to me! It has to be a good core workout, too.

I like this one to learn the moves. http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...-volume-1-7555. She stands in front of a mirror so you get both front and back views.

I still like this one even though its more tutorial http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...ellydance-7382

Temple of Jehan Ultimate BD Fitness workout has a good cardio workout among others. Its led my multiple instructors so you get different perspectives and styles.

My Personal Trainer BD Fitness has 8-10min toning workouts plus a 30 min cardio. I actually like the toning best.

If you have DirecTv there's a 30min BD series called Shimmy on FitTV

Dolphina has great belly dancing DVD's. Very fun and not too hard. I like Veena and Neena, too. Belly dancing is fun and it makes you feel sexy no matter what your weight. It changes the way you walk and move, and makes you aware of your feminine body. I highly recommend it.

I just stumbled across "Bollywood Dance" and "Shimmy" on Fit TV and I have to say I really enjoyed them! They do make me feel a little better about myself and seems to work my waist and back really well! I wish there was a better cardio workout with these moves because I can't say how much weight I can lose doing this w/o alone, but it's fun! I looked on Netflix to see if there are any better choices but for some reason they all look cheezy to me. Let me know what you find!
