Question Can anyone recommend a kettlebell video?

I'm eyeing the Bob Harper one, but it gets mixed reviews.

Any other recommendations for a kettlebell video for a beginner? Thanks!

I have heard that the Skogg Kettlebell videos are great for beginners because they spend a lot of time teaching good proper form. I think it's a system, so it might be more than you want to spend, but I haven't heard a bad thing about them! When I feel like I am ready for kettlebells (still a beginner at videos) I am going to get this.

KETTLEWORX has great videos - I started as a beginner with them. Moves are not difficult, but you'll want to start with a light kettlebell, maybe five pounds or less. I really enjoy them - they have a web-site.

Blast from the past - Gin Miller (from Step Reebok fame) has a great one. Collage Video has it and you can sample it before you buy.

hi, I'm also new to kettlebells, and surprisingly I really like working out with them. I bought this at my local TJ Maxx

I also like this DVD with Amy Bento

I hope this helps

If you use youtube, I do like the fitness blender beginner kettlebell workout that's posted there.
