I do the Start Walking on Insight OnDemand and made it up to three mile walk today without a problem. I'd been staying at two miles because I convinced myself I wasn't ready for more but today I proved myself wrong!

Yesterday before work I did 3 miles using the 5 mile advanced DVD, at lunch I went for a walk and then after dinner I did another 3 miles using the same dvd.
Today I did 3 fast miles and went for a walk at lunch.

Hi!
I just did my 1 miles Leslie Sansone walk- I did it yesterday, too. I'm going to do the 1 mile walk for the next two days, then I'll move up to the 2 mile.
I love this work out!

I did the 2 mile abs workout minus the belt. The first time in 3 weeks I was able to commit my body to doing every step they do in the video. Prior to today I was falling apart at the kickbacks. But thats no longer the case! Woohoo!!!

Yay, you ladies!
September was kinda lousy for me--went on vacations, really busy work schedule, etc. I got 17 miles out of it, but I'm determined to make my goal since I put on five pounds that I don't like
So, so far, I've done five miles for the month.

Sunday - did 5 miles again using the 4 mile fast and firm dvd
Monday - went for a few walks, and did 2 miles using 5 mile advanced dvd
This morning I did 3 miles using the 5 mile advanced dvd, and I will go for a walk later.

Hi! I hope it is ok if I join in posting. I am a huge fan of the walking tapes, too. I started doing them last April and rarely miss a day. I still enjoy walking outside, too, and I have started to lift weights 3 days a week. I have lost 120 pounds, but it has taken me 2 1/2 years. Still have about 23 to go to my goal weight.

Just ordered another Leslie DVD
I'm really struggling to get back into shape and I am scared of injuring myself. So, I just ordered "Walk Away the Pounds - Get Up and Get Started." Sounds like I'll be able to start at a easier pace and work up as I get more fit. Anyone's experience with this one?

Thank you for the welcome! Yesterday I did all of the 5 mile fat burning walk and then rode my stationary bike for 60 minutes while watching TV last night. Today I plan on doing the 4 mile express and lifting weights. Should be a good work out day!

Getting better!
I can do 2 miles together now! I'm going to have a goal of working up to three! Also, I want to do the one mile every morning regardless of other exercise I'm doing during the day. Yay! Makes my whole day seem better.

good morning gang
I just did 2 miles. I used the 2 mile Power Walk with Friends that Leslie has streaming on her website for members. Really liked it! I will definitely be buying that one when it's available.
Now I gotta hit the shower and get to work.
hope everybody has a great day!
hugs,
cathy
