I am doing the 5 mile fat burning walk today, too. Need to finish the last two miles as I took a break. So glad I discovered these tapes. It is raining today and I walked outside in the rain all last fall and winter. Today I am nice and dry!

I did the 2 mile abs video last night. Felt great. I've been lacking in motivation so I hope i can keep this going for the rest of the week.

My sister is coming for a short visit tomorrow(without my SIX little nephews), so I have lots to get done today. I am going to get my walk in first thing this morning. I plan to do the 4 mile fast and firm. This has probably been my worst week with food for me since I started changing my eating habits. I need to get back on track now! Can anyone tell me if they have the 5 mile advance and if they like it? Happy walking everyone!

Stopped at Kmart on the way home from work yesterday, the only walking dvd of Leslie's they had was "3 mile weight loss walk" for 9.97. Made it through the first mile today going to try one mile again tomorrow with hand weights then hopefully go on to the 2 mile.
What everyone else favorite? Any sugestions for my next purchase?

I also have a uestion any ladies have the walk Belt I have been wondering is it adjustable or Not . I am A size 26 and jest wondering if it would fit... I Love to hear from any one who has one or used it...

I'm a little behind for this month, been traveling and enjoying my bf's company when he's around.
So far, I've only done 17 miles. Ideally, I'd be up to 22 at this point, but I'm hoping to do three miles tomorrow and then do the five miles on Saturday. *crosses fingers*

Wanted to let you know that a lot of things are available on Walmart online and a lot of the time they will deliver it free to the store nearest you for you to pick up.

Yes, the walk belt is adjustable. Its 4 ft long & 2 inches wide....with velcro closure.
If you still are unsure, you could email help@lesliesansonevideos.com and they should be able to help you

I finally started back doing my WATP, I havent really worked out in a few months, and since my hubby deployed earlier this year, i've regained the 20 lbs i had lost before he left So now i have 3 months to lose it again before he comes home again....
So i bought the 5 fat burning miles dvd for $10 at walmart the other day, and started it yesterday. i love it! hubby is mailing me my HRM back so I can know what I'm burning on workouts again....can't wait to find out how this new dvd adds up compared to the other dvds i have.
Thur - 5 Fat Burning Miles dvd
Fri - 5 Fat Burning Miles dvd

Hi Walkers
Haven't been walking lately it has been a bad week at work but that's still no excuse. I'm soooo tired. Will get in the groove hopefully tomorrow and I'm shopping around for some vitamins, thinking about glucosamin & chondroitin for my knees and back and a multivit.
Till tomorrow with hopefully a mile or two under my belt.

Got 2 miles in yesterday, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Did one mile today but had to stop before the 2nd started, unable to do 2 consecutive miles...yet!

good morning gang
I've been out of town for a few days and didn't walk with Leslie while I was away, but I got up this morning and did 2 miles. I used the 2 mile power walk with friends that is streaming on Leslie's website this month. I really like that workout.
I hope everybody has a great day!
hugs,
cathy
