Has anyone tried this exercise DVD yet? It looks really fun to do. I love to dance so I think this is something that I would enjoy.
I read a few reviews where people had complained about it going too fast and the instructions are poor.

oohh I saw this today on exercisetv.tv, I agree the demo looks like a lot of fun and it doesn't look like it goes too fast and the instructions seem like your basic workout DVD...then again it is only a minute and 40 second clip of the three DVD's... If your interested, exercisetv has a 3 disc collection for 51.
