Do you mean your jeans are tighter in your waist or legs?
After just 8 workouts I'm a little surprised that you feel that way, I say hang in there and keep going. At about to 25/30 day mark I really noticed my core tightning. Like I mentioned I didn't see a huge weight reduction but my fat% did come down a bit.
Just remember muscle burns fat! So if you put on a little muscle that is a very good thing

Don't worry it won't make look like a bodybuilder though.
