Haha. Jillian is tough but I ♥ her. No More Trouble Zones is the first only (so far) DVD that has made me cry during the workout. It is very challenging but I welcome it. I dried the tears and kept pushing through it. I mean, if I don't challenge my body, how will it ever change, right?

It is totally worth it!!!! I see more results from these videos than from 30DS, but you have to work for them! It can be tough to finish an hour work out when you get used to 20 minutes!

Today I did BFBM for the first time since vacation, and it was tougher than it had been, but definitely not nearly as bad as NMTZ. I'm glad to be back in the game.

Wow, that does it. I'm definitely buying these ones for next month (squeaking two months out of 30DS). I've gotten great results from 30DS so far but I'm getting a little bored with the contents and if NMTZ and BFBM ramp it up, it might keep me from a dreaded plateau

Wow, weighed myself this morning, and I owe it to JM, I lost 4 lbs over night! I have been sitting at a plateau of 215 for a good week and a half. So I guess the dvd was just what I needed. Boy was I ever sore this morning though, haha. I'm going to make myself do it again today, I can really feel the results!

Has anyone tried Jillian's Cardio Kickboxing?
At the beginning, she tried to give me a scare by calling me a "brave soul"...

I was ready for a major butt-kicking but when it was over, I thought, "that's it?"
Either I'm getting fitter or Jillian was playing tricks on me.
Anyways, I really like it although it's quite short, and as I said, not too intense. I'm pretty attached to BFBM so I'll alternate between BFBM, Cardio Kickboxing and maybe I'll finally try NMTZ

I have been on a solid Jillian work out diet for the past 3 months, I started with 30DS and moved on the NMTS and BFBM. Anyways, I decided I would try something different just to mix it up and prevent boredom so I did one of the Crunch Fat burning Pilates dvds, anyways, when it got to the end my reaction was literally "that's it? it's over?" hahaha I have NEVER said that at the end of a workout dvd, it just goes to show how Jillian's workouts just put everything other video to shame!

Hello all, I have been reading the thread and I a fan of Jillian, I just started my new way of life on July first. I am finally getting my eating habbits underway and I am thinking of buying some Jillian DVD's and I am not sure where to get them from or which ones to get first. Can any of you recommend what to get for a beginner? Thanks

Hi there! Congrats on your new start! I would highly recommend you start with Jillian's 30 Day Shred, level one. Work your way up through level 3 and then move on to BFBM and NMTZ. It also depends on your current fitness level, but if you are a beginner, just use the beginner modifications and lighter weights. you can do it!!!!

You can watch all of Jillian's videos for free if you have Comcast (in the exercise tv section of On Demand). Otherwise, the dvds are cheap on amazon.
