Thanks Pammy, I get it for free on exercise TV so there was no explanation on how often, so far I am getting definition in my upper arms, yay, and when I have time I am going to supplement it with one to two hours of cardio, believe it or not some days I actually do.

Rose- Thats exactly what I am doing. I add on my own cardio to it, because 20 min just isnt enough. I just did level 3 today and it is ALOT harder than level 2 but I must say I actually prefer the moves in level 3 to 2 even though its a little more intense. I really have noticed alot more muscle tone since I started and boy did I need it haha good luck!

So here's what happened Pammy, I did level one yesterday, yes I've been doing levels one and two for the last two or three weeks, but not everyday, I also have done a 15 min ab routine with weights which is much easier than Jillian's WO but very effective,(I gotta post the name of the workout) so I did level one yesterday, but I really pushed myself, well today I was SO sore I could barely lift my arm (okay maybe I'm exaggerating a tad), and making it up stairs was awful, I thought how can you do this everyday? So I did a 30 minute cardio and called it a day, but really I think if you get THAT sore you have to rest, I am planning on doing level 2 tomorrow a.m. I'm hoping after the soreness subsides I'm going to see some results, I am starting to tone a bit, but no weight loss, but I think the gain is partly muscle inflammation.

Rose- I was very sore my very first day. It wasnt so bad the next day and I was still able to get thru my workout. I would say if you arent THAT sore just try it. After two days all of my soreness went away and I have been fine ever since. Good luck! I would love to know the name of the ab workout you do. I thought I would try the No more trouble zones tonight, and I like it but It doesnt seem like a daily routine maybe every 2-3 days maybe.

I've been doing this video again (I bought it last year) for the last week, and DAMN! I forgot how great this video is...this has whittled my waist down so quickly, and my legs allready look so much more toned! Jillian Michaels knows how to kick butt..can't love this workout enough!

Still doing level one and dang I still can't do a proper pushup, even dropping to my knee's.

I like adding Biggest Loser's Cardio Max after 30DS. Bob, the adorable and cute man he is, kills you! But I just LOVE looking at him!

Violin- I did the biggest loser CM for quite a few months and It helped me lose a lot of weight. I also still cant do a proper pushup and im on level 3. I really have to get more upper body strength.

Red- Lol on that little extra motivation to finish. Dont you love how music can affect your ability to push through the pain?

I only have a few more days and im finished with the shred I was bed ridden yesterday from a stomach virus thats going around and literally everyone in the house had it yesterday. Talk about a full house quarantine. I didnt even get to do any form of exercise yesterday and I managed to lose 5lbs

PammyMy upper body strenght is very poor. I'm right now researching the pro's and con's to kettlebells. It's cardio and weight training at the same time and it looks like so much FUN! I'm hoping to buy a kettlebell and a highly recomended dvd and book in January(hopefully I can get some good deals for the "new year new you" sales)

I think it's time for me move up to level 2 though. Level 1 is getting boring. BTW- what weights do you use for 30DS? I'm switching between 3 and 5 pounds.

Violin- I have also heard really good things about Kettlebells but I cant exactly afford them at the moment even though I would love to try them out. Im only useing 3lb weights even though I probably should be using 5 but at the moment the only weights I have are 3 and 8 and I think 8 might be pushing it right now. I also love new year sales because thats when everyone jumps on the whole "im gonna get healthy this year" kick. So maybe ill get lucky
