Default Question about Slim In 6

I received the Slim In 6 videos but don't have any of the documentation for them.

Can anyone let me know what kind of routine I should be doing with these, for example how long do I do Start It Up for and how often? When do I move on to the next workout?

Thanks

hi, you workout 6 days a week, 1 rest day. you do start it up for 1 week, ramp it up 2 weeks and burn it up for 3 weeks. the ab and stretch workout can be added 3 times a week or as much as you feel you need to do them.

Actually that workout schedule isn't correct according to my info that came with my Slim in 6.

Week 1: Start It Up/Ramp It Up (3 and 3)
Week 2: Ramp It Up
Weeks 3-6: Burn It Up

They really stress doing 4 weeks of Burn It Up for maximum results.

it kills me! the start it up; it is very repetitive though. I just started ramp it up, which is slightly better in regard to repetitivness

i forgot to mention, in ramp it up so far, shes kinda "off" in timing. What i mean by that, is it seems (to me) shes going super fast, i'll look away while im doing it and come back to her and shes going slow again.

I've read that bit about the timing elsewhere. Does that make the workout really annoying or just moderately so? Also (sorry to pepper you with questions) how long did it take for the kit to arrive after you bought it. I'm considering buying the program but I'm definitely a newbie when it comes to both online shopping and infomercial shopping so I'm just looking for info first.

the timing is off putting, i get a little annoyed at it, but you can just go thru it. think about doing it at your own pace anyway
