I try to buy a new dvd every month so I can alternate workouts. Does anybody know a good workout dvd that you'll be working out a sweat too? One that will burn a good amount of fat and calories? Right now I have 2 yoga dvds. A Biggest Loser volume 2 and 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I was thinking maybe some Taebo I heard you get good results with that and you work up a sweat. Any suggestions??
