My husband and I signed up for the $8.99/month, one dvd at a time membership from netflix. I just recently got back inot doing workout videos and I was looking at the stuff you can download and watch intsantly from Netflix and LOW AND BEHOLD, there are workout videos! Not just crappy ones either, I mean they've got Jillian Michaels!

I started laughing hysterically when I saw Male Hot Body Yoga Videos with hot guys that are practically naked teaching yoga. Maybe that's the inspiration we need! Ack, just kidding, not me. I don't know why, I just prefer female instructors that are fully clothed... the exact opposite of what these videos offer.

Anyway, Netflix users or people who might try a free trial, give it a shot! Just one note: we watch them through our xbox 360. You may be able to stream the videos onto your computer and watch them from there if you hook your tv up as your computer screen (something like that anyway.) My husband does all of that stuff, but if you are a do it yourselfer, knock yourself out.

I'm gonna try the videos at home soon. I'm stoked!
