I'm trying to decide if I want this or 30 Day Shred and I can't decide. The reviews seem great for both.

I know this is sort of an older post, but I was looking into these two just recently and have found out in other reviews that 30ds has much less cardio than Fat Blaster.

I just ordered Fat Blaster. I'm thinking that between using it with the gloves and the cardio involved, I should get a more balanced workout than with 30ds.
