I just bought a couple of the Core Rhythms DVD's and I did the first DVD that starts to show you the move's and I really liked where it was going. Then I tried the actual dance DVD and got through part of it and was lost. But I think if I could figure out the dance moves it would be really fun.
I plan to fit these into my workouts too... the only thing is my abs are so "untrained" lately that I can only do a little of the workout.. but it is fun. I took belly dancing classes a few years ago and I had a blast. So, btwn this and a few other dvds I really want to get in shape...
