Sorry for being MIA. My plan to start 12/27 was pretty much derailed because I took on a side project while I was on "vacation" which had me working 12-15 hour days....but I started again today.

Just finished Burn 2 - OUCH, I did Burn 1 on the 12/27 and that was pretty tough too. But I LOVE IT!!!!!
cagraham: I actually used 15 for some of the sets today and just about DIED! And those tricep pushups Ummm, EXCUSE MEE?!?!?!? I can't wait until I can actually DO them without KNEELING!!!!
floprieto - when are you starting girl? You got to get on with the program, NO EXCUSES!!!!!
pwarren: the workouts are 35-45 minutes, I don't think any are over 45 min.
