hey everyone i am new to here but i bought TJ in july '07. i really wasnt motivated last year so i never started the program. however i am ready to make a change. problem is i wanted to follow the eating plan but i just opened my guide for the first time and it is missing pages 24-35 but i am past my one year warranty. is there anyone that could help me out by "filling in the blanks"
