Jillian Michaels' Biggest Loser 6 Week Power Sculpt DVD

I just bought this at modell's and I'm pretty excited to start it. I have about six weeks before I start school again and I want to prepare my body for the brutal working out regime I'm gonna start once I'm in school at the gym.

I really wanna be a runner.

anyways I'm wondering if anyone has a good testimonials about this dvd in specific, or any recommendations of more of her DVDs!
