10 min trainer

Has anyone had results w/10 min trainer & if so how long & did you change your eating habits?

Thanks.

i started the 10 min trainer on saturday and did cardio which kicked my butt, sunday i did total body and cardio and i threw up and last night i did yoga and felt good. my pants that were tight fit and that was only 3 workouts. i didn't really change my eating. i would recommend these to anyone. though for real beginners i would recommend starting with one video a day and working your way up. i do the videos at night because i am so exhausted and red and hot when i'm done

Thanks for responding. Looks you're the only on this board who has tried it.

I have tried it too and who knew that 10 minutes could wear a person out so quickly! Excellent workouts, they're intense, but in a good way. I agree with 50lbs2go, start with one workout a day then work up to 2 a day then work up to the recommended 3 a day.

Thanks. I'm hesistant to buy it because I haven't heard anyone on the boards raving about it so I'm sekpetical as to whether 10 mins a day even w/a healthy diet can bring results.

I will say that the workouts are 10 minutes long each, however it is recommended (in the program packet) to do 3 of the 10 minute workouts a day. It also states as we stated above, to start off slow and work up to the 3 workouts a day. The workouts are VERY effective. I haven't been doing them long enough to tell you about any results.

You note - they don't even mention that in the informerical.
lol i'm so lucky i'm not that easy w/power of suggestion :)

If you're just looking for shorter workout dvds there are a TON 10-minute workouts available for a lot less money. Like everything else, what you get out of them depends mostly on what you put into them. I would suggest going to collagevideo.com and doing a search for "10 minute." They have preview clips for each video and most of them can be found in places like WalMart or Target.
