i've been stress eating a lot lately (i'm moving and aggggh), but i'm still at 140, so that's good.

i'm going to to do Bollywood tonight, i think. that one gets me nice and sweaty!

I just ordered a few YBB dvd's from blockbuster.com. I'm really uncoordinated, but I'll do my best. Even if I get lost in the middle, I'll just keep moving

with YBB, you just have to have fun and go with it. it doesn't matter if you aren't perfect! just shake your booty a lot.

i'm going to go attempt to do YBB right now, but we moved our TV out of our bedroom so i have to do it in the living room. which is weird.

yeah, I think so.
it's sort of like you've lost your "firm-ness". so you aren't as toned. it's the reason why two peoople at the sameweight can't always wear the same sized clothes, because one is toned and one is not.

I'm loving the title of this thread, lol. Any videos? At first I thought you were gonna post this

http://youtube.com/watch?v=xPlw05WKTmc

LOL. This video came from a yoga video, I dunno which but if I find it, I'm buying it. LOL.

(( side note == this is not the real music for it, some idiot changed the music and changed boots to repeat when she says glutes at one point. I have the original somewhere, but this one is funny ))

yeah, i think my awful eating habits lately have been catching up with me. bleh. moving is super stressful and makes me eat crappily.

on the bright side, i've been doing a lot of lifting (bookshelves, bedframes, boxes of DVDs) and sweating (Iowa gets really hot and humid, bleh). i move on Saturday and after that, i should get back on track!

Try the Whole YBB on YouTube before you buy. They have 2 full lengths one there.

ok, painted lady, you sold me. my starting weight is near yours and our goal weights are nearly the same. difference is i'm only 5 pounds from my starting weight and you're 5 pounds from your goal! i walk to burn fat (and earn food), but definitely need to tone. i'm good with a program so following the goddess guide will be something i can do.
i like good music (could never do curves because of the sickly tunes) and dancing and can ignore the flake/cheese factor if i'm losing inches.
thanks for the enthusiastic posts!!!!
