maybe.... it's so hot - i'm barely eating anything (but i'm eating don't worry LOL), lots of nuts, cereal... milk... i'm trying to figure out what to cook next week - zucchini apple muffins are up there, but everything else is ehh. tomato soup probably....
LOL more bored than dedicated. i can't find a job (which is okay because i can focus more on opening my own business), and i really have nothing else to do in the day, so i do basic + some miles in the morning and repeat at the night (also - hoping that it will lean me out faster, which isn't really happening right now LOL i feel BIGGER. odd). Wednesday

(or thursday) I did my first FIVE mile walk i was soo excited!! Friday i hurt my neck lmao doing the warmup (the shoulder rolls i heard something crack.
Now we're on week three so it's basic plus abs 12 (I think sculpt is in there too). so i don't know how I can add a walk in there unless it's walk at night, YBB in the morning and not double it up
