make sure you are doing the plies with your knees directly over your ankle. that will take a lot of the strain off your knee.

also, you could do some other movement instead of plies. try a releve or a demi plie. you can do it!

LOL now i've got to google up releve!
i know demi plie is pretty much 1/2 down. it hurts more when i do tricpes. so i can demi there. but i just realised today is rest day so i'm resting from YBB and doing a 3 mile ab walk with leslie

i'm so excited; I lost ONE POUND! (and this is w/my period woot!!).
hey do any of you YBBers have MSN? or facebook?

releve is when you go up on your toes... it works your calves and feet and it feels really good.

this Morning:
Basic (I did the abs section twice.... lol I am going to go with the adage they have in the book that you don't need to feel pain. when i first started i felt the abs and thigh work for days but now it's like, I do abs and I feel it when i do it but when I get to the recovery most of the ab/thigh work pain is gone. this means I just recover faster now .

Hips still painful but didn't stop me from doing the Sculpt section. it just hurts when i pulse w/triceps (but that always hurt even before hip! LOL. i just reset and do it. I'm getting kinda hungry so it's gonna be doing morning things then a three mile walk then basic + a two mile walk. maybe i'll find the "pain" again later hehe i'm a nerd!

oh my legs really don't like beetle squat. like at all! i wonder what that move does anyway.

Okay, yesterday - I added a three mile weight lost walk with Leslie.

Today I did Abs/Core twice (level one). then i'm gonna do a three mile walk after lunch, then abs + another three mile walk. (this is the PLAN hehe we'll see if we'll do it).

Ok been busy for a couple of days so now I am back
I was wondering peach if you are getting enough omega3 in your food I have a lot joint pain due to RA mostly my hands and knees and when I dont take an omega3 vitamin everyday I really hurt. That might help your hips.
oh yeah I am on facebook too Alexandria Cowdrey.
