I'm going to try the Latin Flavor one today!

Is buying the whole set off the BeachBody website worth it?

you can get the exact same set at Target... i would recommend doing that! you can buy all the dvds on amazon or half.com and they are much less expensive than from beachbody.

Thanks! I checked e-bay for the DVDs, but I'm worried about not getting the exercise ball. I'll have to check Target tomorrow. Which YBB workouts are your favorites?

I got The Total Toning, Advanced fat Burn. Hip Hop Abs and Cardio Cabaret.

So, all of them have the booty, ballet, and yoga. I LOVE them, but, I do cardio on T, W, F and strngth on T and TH. so, it's hard for me to do the right portions of the video on the right days. I'm scared I'm going to overtrain my muscles.

Like the advanced fat burning. The cardio I'd like to do twice and skip the ballet, and do the ballet on my strength day. But it just is too choppy doing it that way.

cardio cabaret definitely has ballet in it, and some yoga stretches. the reason i love YBB is because it mixes cardio with strength... i find doing just cardio or just strength to be boring. i also think mixing them together gives better results.

Good point. I guess I could do strength everyday and just alternate lower and upper body and do cardio everyday. Didn't think about that.

I have to do a schedule or I won't stick with it or I will do my favs and not the other videos I paid for. I also am OCD, so I really need to nail down my schedule. So, sorry if I am being too anal.

My sister is mailing me her copies of YBB and I'm doing it for six weeks as part of a long-term assignment for my psych class -- it's a behavioral change proposal for stress management. Yippee!!

ok...I am ready to get committed again even though i am the old lady on this thread...got really off track with diet and exercise--my mom has been fighting cancer since January..chemo and raditaion didn't take care of it so she had surgery at Hopkins the last Thursday in July--my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and had surgery in baltimore to remove his upper left lobe of his lung the very next Thursday after mom's surgery. WAY too much stress for me to deal with so the mindless grazing began and didn't stop--both have margins that show surgeries were successful...the will be watched closely the next 2 years...

I really like these dvd's--when the grandson leaves tonight I am on it--seems like the best course of action at this point for exercise--I am also interested in doing the c25k program....

Hello everyone. I have the YBB dvds, but I lost my schedule. Does anyone know where I can get one?
