My father has a lot of health problems, including being virtually unable to walk/stand for long periods due to his medication. He's also VERY overweight but FINALLY receptive to changing his eating habits and maybe even exercising a bit (weight training at least).
Does anyone know of a good workout video for someone with VERY limited ability to move? Standing in place might be okay, but walking/jumping/hopping/getting down on the floor, etc. wouldn't be.
