Video Suggestions
 

My father has a lot of health problems, including being virtually unable to walk/stand for long periods due to his medication. He's also VERY overweight but FINALLY receptive to changing his eating habits and maybe even exercising a bit (weight training at least).

Does anyone know of a good workout video for someone with VERY limited ability to move? Standing in place might be okay, but walking/jumping/hopping/getting down on the floor, etc. wouldn't be.

I would recommend going to the Collage Video website, and checking out their specialty video section. They have some videos that are "chair exercise" videos. Basically, the people are doing exercises (for arms, legs, etc.) while staying seated in a firm chair. (Like a kitchen chair...)

This might be something that would be beneficial...
